Year of The Dragon

DSCN0244

Today marks the start of the Year of the Dragon and beginning of the Chinese New Year. That means the Bellagio Conservatory has a new floral extravaganza! It's free to the public and always amazing to look at. I talk more about it here.

Is there a better way to celebrate a New Year? I do prefer flowers to fireworks!
Have a good New (Dragon) Year Sandy! :)

  4. Wonderful story and Pics. An absolute explosion of colors! The energy
level must have been high in the room with that much color. I can feel the
    Dragon's presence!
Enjoyed seeing and reading about your last visit there, but the riot of color
in the current visit is eye catching!
Like this new look to your blog and once again, I can comment!

  5. Hi Parker. =) I think my new digital camera really is capturing colors better than my last one. I didn't have to alter anything. My last digital cam. was 7 years old and I stuck it in my pockets all the time and no case cover. I hope I take better care of this one. I can't afford a fancy one...so this will do for now. It was some serious energy Parker...I think my blood pressure went up a little. ;) Yeah your back Parker - thanks for stopping by!! =)
